Dengiz Kürşat, with over 20 years experience in real estate, is the founder and owner of Avertiss International, a company focusing and specializing on ex-pat real estate located in north, east and west coasts of Cyprus.  Concentrating on projects with internationally accepted title deeds,  Avertiss is composed of highly experienced professionals, both inhouse and affiliated, offering turn key and remote solutions to buyers looking for high ROI investments, relocation or Plan B alternatives.

Dengiz Kürşat was born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus. He graduated from The Faculty of Business Administration, Bilkent University in Ankara - Turkey.  He then obtained a Master's Degree (MBA) from University of Miami, Florida - USA 

In 2015 he founded Avertiss International, setting up his own brand as a boutique operation with top notch service to international real estate clients. Throughout the years, Avertiss has accumulated a vast know-how with tailor made solutions to clients particularly from the North American, Israeli and the Turkish Markets. Dengiz Kürşat also has a well-established network of affiliate partners in the Cyprus real estate arena, on both sides of the island. 

Besides his business life, Dengiz Kürşat is very active in NGO's, was The Chairman of the Turkish Cypriot Businessmen's Association (İŞAD) (2017 - 2019). Currently, he is the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and a 20-year member of the Turkish Cypriot Estate Agents Association. He is an avid Galatasaray fan and loves fast cars. Dengiz is the proud father of two children.
